  1. Hi hi! Have you considered intellectus 424 diet (do a google search)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my friend lost a ton of? weight with it.

  2. one of the funniest things I have ever witnessed in my life, worth living to watch that live. I was with my cousin and after the? 3rd one I said to my cousin, I hope he says fish again that would be so funny half expecting him to change it up a little and then everytime he said fish after that we was rolling about the floor with laughter, nearly pissed myself.

  3. Fire your trainer. That’s the worst cutting plan I’ve ever heard of. No? protein source variety.

  4. Just because there are toxins in the soil, thus in plants; that is irrelevant and does not mean to give in and eat other toxins. Neutrality is your problem! You are biased towards family, no doubt. You can prove a vegetarian diet promotes health, by switching and trying it out.. You are too not neutral enough to even try out vegetarianism. The Vegan diet is enough to ward off and even cure disease. There are many who have? been cured of disease by this man, Dr Gabriel Cousens! Allah bless him.

  5. For an MD you’re giving a very skewed view on the matter. You’re trying to argue that meat is filled with all sorts of poisons but it seems that almost intentionally you neglect that fact that even plants now are GMO, and absorb heavy metal and toxins present in the soil. Plants have for quite some time now been intentionally used to clean up toxin in the environment by? absorbing them. It doesn’t matter at all what you’re ingesting if it has toxin. Your argument lacks neutrality and balance.

  6. Gabriel… When? you give your statistics on “Dairy” are those statistics based on pasturized, non organic factory/conventional products or small local/organic raw “Dairy”? I’m sure this would make a big distinction in the results… Thanks for your teachings… I respect your work:)

  7. @37Moons hi, i just came across your comment and am glad to? have so.. i would like to ask you, were you completely healed from fibroids? if yes, how long did it take approximately? i was recently diagnosed with them and so far they’re small in sizes. i am vegetarian but used to eat dairy products often. now i’ve stopped with the hope that my body will detox away the fibroids, just not sure if it’s that simple..
