Lately I’ve been stepping up my grocery list game. Although I’m not perfect, I’ve been trying to stay away from red meat. Most of my meat is either chicken or fish. I try to get free range and wild caught whenever I can… But difficult in modern times. I don’t touch swine at all, not for religious reasons but because of my upbringing so its just not appealing to me. I’ve also been adding a lot of whole grains, fruits and vegetables to my list. On this grocery list I had: Organic Bananas Rice Dream Milk Almond Dream Ice Cream (Dairy Free) Mangos Pomegranates Salmon Granolas- Cascadian brand Yes, lots of carbohydrates!!! I’m an active athlete….
